Job Description:
The Missouri Association of Rural Education has been retained by the Eminence R-I Board of Education to conduct a search for their next Superintendent of Schools.  Eminence R-I School District is located in Shannon County (Eminence) in Southeast Missouri.

Salary/Benefits Information:

• Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Salary Range:  $110,000-$130,000.
• Admin. experience – 5 years required/ Central Office admin. experience preferred.
• Missouri Superintendent’s Certificate or eligibility thereof required. 
• Board paid health insurance benefits.
• Initial multi-year contract will be considered
• District residency is not required.
