Notre Dame High School-St. Louis, a sponsored ministry of the School Sisters of Notre Dame, is seeking the following for the 2025-2026 school year:
9th and 10th grade School Counselor/ College Test Prep Instructor—Full Time
The mission of Notre Dame High School is to educate young women (9th-12th grade) from diverse backgrounds to become confident, compassionate Christian leaders. Each student is guided to reach the fullness of her potential and to use her gifts to make a difference in the world around her.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in School Counseling or a related field (psychology or social work).

Job Description:
- Support freshmen and sophomores with social, emotional, and academic situations as they arise
- Member of the School Counseling Department
- Member of the school’s CARE team
- Administer the Freshman and Sophomore Guidance Curriculum by meeting with each grade level once per academic cycle (6 days)
- Freshman Registration Coordinator: support 9th graders during the Spring semester to select their courses for their Sophomore year
- Assist with Freshman and Sophomore standardized testing
- Teach ACT Prep to Juniors during Spring semester
- Assist with other school counseling duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in School Counseling or a related field (psychology or social work).
